How - in 5 easy steps!
Bring your items in something hard - box, plastic tote or laundry basket laid as flat as possible with minimum folds. Items will not be accepted crumpled and in bags.
You may bring up to 30 items each drop off. There is no minimum quantity.
Clothes should be freshly laundered with all buttons and zips fastened. Remember to check your pockets!
Footwear and handbags should be cleaned inside and out with no scuffs, marks or peeling. We do not need the shoe-boxes so please keep these at home.
We will endeavour to sort your items while you're in the store. Your items will then be processed, priced, photographed and put out on the sales floor.
Consigning
We are looking to consign seasonal, current (1-4yrs), high st and designer pieces in excellent quality with no holes, marks, defects or alterations.
We really love CLEAN items! Therefore dirty or hairy items will not be accepted. If we find dirty items when looking thru your drop-off we will reject all items - so please take the time to have a good look before bringing them down.
We do not consign underwear, ball-gowns or vintage pieces.
Sold items
You will receive an email every time an item sells, this will also give you an update of the balance of your account!
Unsold items
We have a great relationship with Dress for Success and this is where we donate unsold items not returned.
If 'expired' unsold items are to be collected, an email will be sent out asking you to collect them within 7 days. After this time they are automatically donated.
